House Policies

No smoking. Pets considered on approval — tell us about yours. Renters insurance is required for the season. Tenant is responsible for stacking 2 cords of wood.

How Leasing Works

One party signs a written seasonal lease for the full season. Half of the seasonal rent is due at signing, with the balance due before move-in. The home is professionally maintained and inspected between tenancies.
